DUPLEX INFORMATION

The units (when available are leased for $1,1,750.00. This price is based on an 18-month lease option (For a 12-month option it will be $1,275.00 per month).  The security deposit will be the same as the first month rent.

Once you have completed your application you will need to submit it with the following:

• Photocopy of your Driver's License
• 4 current past paycheck stubs and all other necessary documentation to verify any additional sources of income.
• A Non-refundable Application Fee of $50.00 ($100.00, if applying with a co-applicant).

In person payments must be in the form of a money order (written out to Turner Investment Properties)
To be eligible the applicants must make at least 3 times the rent.

(Online payments are subjected to a third-party processing fee of $2.03)
