We have one unit available being April 1st! Thank you for your interest!
The units (when available are leased for $1,150.00. This price is based on an 18-month lease option (For a 12-month option it will be $1,250.00 per month). The security deposit will be the same as the first month rent.
Once you have completed your application you will need to submit it with the following:
In person payments must be in the form of a money order (written out to Turner Investment Properties)
Online payments can be made via the application fee portal (https://square.link/u/QyvHoEGS)
(Online payments are subjected to a third-party processing fee of $1.80)

- 4 current past paycheck stubs and all other necessary documentation to verify any additional sources of income.
- A Non-refundable Application Fee of $50.00 ($100.00, if applying with a co-applicant).
