Construction Laborer:

    Full Job Description
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere wherein all employees will be stimulated and motivated to do things that need to be done to achieve desired results.
  • Continue to work in all areas of construction (each Job) as needed by Construction Mgr. Field Mgr. or others.
  • Measure materials, Cut or Saw Boards and etc.
  • Mark cutting lines, Anchor brace forms and etc.
  • Place and finish concrete, asphalt material as needed.
  • Erect forms, framework, scaffolds, and form setting.
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations.
  • Install structures and fixtures as needed.
  • Inspect jobsite as needed.
  • Clean Jobsite as needed.
  • Report any deliberate abuse of company policy to construction or field Mgrs.
  • Implement company values at all times - ITR (Integrity, Trust, Respect)

     Qualifications:
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Preferred)
  • CDL A (Preferred)
​     Full Job Description
  • Operates Heavy Equipment specifically Excavators and Dozers to cut and set grades, spread and level dirt and gravel to specifications.
  • Must be able to demonstrate skills on jobsite.
  • Experience working on Construction projects as well as in the Industrial sector
  • Performs pre and post inspections and performs minor maintenance of the equipment
  • Can read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Recognize the importance of safety on the job site
  • Be a team player, with a willingness to assist in a variety of roles on the site
  • Performs assignments as director or as responsibilities necessitate
  • Travel may be required for this position
General Foreman:


       Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Construction Foreman: 5 years (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)
      Full Job Description:
  • Handle creation of job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers
  • Create and monitor schedules for each employee and ensure that he/she has the physical and mental ability to cope
  • Ensure accuracy of work orders prior to handing them out and make sure that time efficiency is taken into account
  • Make sure that work sites are cleaned and cleared of any hazardous materials prior to the beginning of a construction project
  • Brief crew members about how daily tasks need to be carried out
  • Manage Costs efficiently to yield profits: Labor, Materials, Tools
  • Ensure that all machinery and tools are available to the crew and everything is in proper order and state of maintenance
  • Perform inspections to ensure that the crew’s performance is up to the set standards
  • Ensure periodic maintenance and proper storage of construction equipment and tools
  • Maintain clean job site daily; through-out the day
Construction Superintendent:

The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction or construction management. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication & leadership skills. Also, experience supervising a crew of 10-13 employees is necessary. A degree or certification in construction/construction management is preferred but not required.

Qualifications: 
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Construction: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • OSHA 30 (Preferred)
  • ASQC Certification (Preferred)
  • Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
Full Job Duties:
  • Oversee the operations of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to read plans, set elevations, etc.
  • Conduct project meetings.
  • Supervise Foreman, Subcontractors, and Employees as needed.
  • Coordinate Subcontractors and schedules.
  • Ability to estimate if/when needed (Calculating materials, labor take off quantities).


​Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
